Every fall, I send out an invite and everyone brings whatever clothes, shoes and accessories they no longer want. We separate them by type in different rooms, close all the blinds and everyone is free to try on and take home anything they want. Add a little wine (or a lot!), and it's a really fun event! I pack up and donate whatever's left over and take the tax deduction for the donation. We usually have 12 - 20 participants annually, and everyone generally takes home a big back of stuff.
