I've saved a few keepsake items, but we're done. As for once our second outgrows those, so far, I've either given basics and play wear to friends and have been keeping all the designer ones... in hopes that my sister will have a boy one day so I can give them to her. The rest I am saving in case we have another girl (we are hoping for 3 LOs). It's a huge pain to store everything, but I can't imagine getting rid of it until we're done.
