But more recently, we've switched to just cold water. We started storing it in the fridge in a huge Brita container, and it's amazing how much more water we drink now that it's ice cold! The kids love it too... especially since they can use it to pour themselves water (rather than having to ask us).</p> <p>What do you drink to stay hydrated at home? </p>
