normally I'll make some banana pancakes or french toast if DH has time to eat before he has to work... other days I just pop in blueberry waffles in the toaster with some some peanut butter :)

I have two eggs scrambled with spinach and feta cheese almost every single morning. If we're out of any of those, I usually just eat Cheerios with milk since we always have those (a symptom of living with a toddler!)

I drink a glass of prune juice every morning now since I'm pregnant to help move things along and get some extra iron.

I'm a grazer. First breakfast is usually an avocado and/or banana. An hour later I'll often eat toast with coconut oil. I also make over easy eggs (I still make these even though I'm pregnant), bacon, and sausage on days I'm more willing to cook.

I feel MUCH better throughout the day if I start with fats and protein!

I've been eating pudding with almonds lately but the doc put the kibbosh on that today. I guess I'll be trying Breakfast Bowls for the next few days and see how that goes.

During pregnancy I always ate a toasted bagel with cream cheese or a huge bowl of honey bunches of oats. The thought of eggs made me sick.

But after I had LO I love eggs again. For the post 5 months I have had the same thing for breakfast almost every day - toasted english muffin with butter, bacon and an over-medium egg...and I started putting hot sauce on my egg a few months ago (when LO was a newborn I ate pretty bland food bc when I ate spicy foods I felt like she was fussier and spit up more...I think it was just coincidence or maybe she outgrew it)

I looooove breakfast food. Unfortunately my favorite brunch food (eggs benedict with smoked salmon) is forbidden during pregnancy, boo.

Now with my GD diet my regular breakfast is a chocolate protein shake and a nature valley dark chocolate and peanut protein bar. Second breakfast when I get to work is usually a 100 cal pack of cookies and coffee.

Weekdays it's yogurt at my desk at work. Weekends it's usually cereal or eggs, although now that I'm pregnant and can't have my eggs over easy, I usually stick with cereal. I'm not a scrambled eggs fan.

Weekdays is usually a granola bar on the way to work. I'm thinking of trying cereal again (had to stop that due to morning sickness). Saturday is usually same as weekday. Sunday I fix a big breakfast for the family, either from scratch waffles/pancakes and bacon/sausage or eggs, bacon/sausage and potatoes.

Weekdays: hard boiled egg, cheese stick, and banana at my desk at work. I get here at 730, so too early to eat at home.

Weekends: usually ceral, or the same as my weekday. Sometime I will make eggs and toast or waffles. DH isn't into breakfast so we rarely cook a breakfast for the two of us.

Breakfast #1 varies depending on time. No time - green smoothie, time - cereal. This morning I had quite a bit of time so I made an omelette with spinach and cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Breakfast #2 is usually fruit or protein bar. If I had a green smoothie for breakfast #1, then I eat a breakfast sandwich (Jimmy Dean's d-light sandwiches or a spinach wrap).

On the weekends, I munch on kolaches or donut holes at work.

Weekdays: usually a medium or hard boiled egg and fruit, or some kind of egg sandwich (egg, ham, cheese on English muffin, etc.). Second breakfast/morning snack is usually an iced oatmeal Luna bar, or something like yogurt, fruit or cheese.

Weekends: usually we make a “scramble” (eggs, leftover veggies, meat, cheese, salsa, whatever), on toast with hash browns or potatoes on the side. Or, waffles/pancakes and bacon. Sundays we like to go out for a big brunch.

I eat really healthy breakfasts. Nearly every day I have a green smoothie- today it was coconut milk, banana, pineapple and kale. Then plain yogurt (no sugar!) with homemade granola,

Or else I eat eggs on whole wheat toast with bacon.
