If I am home just a sandwich, soup, or Lean Cuisine. Pretty boring.

I usually make a batch of chili or soup on the weekend and then reheat it for lunch through the week. I usually have a salad with it as well. I prep the salad ingredients on the weekend and store them in tupperware in the fridge so all I have to do when I want to eat is assemble the salad.

@Weagle: so easy... stick bread in toaster, put egg into pan, pull bread out of toaster and place slice of cheese on one side, flip egg and finish cooking, place egg on top of cheese! (the cooked egg melts the cheese!) I like a squirt of ketchup too :) so hearty and warm and yummy.

I almost always eat salad with whatever veggies and leftover meat we have in the fridge. If we're out of salad, I usually go to Whole Foods to make one, like I did today :)

I'm boring and eat a can of light soup, a pb/whole wheat sandwich, a string cheese, a Greek yogurt, a piece of fruit, and a raw veggie every day BUT next week I'm trying these mason jar salads I saw on Pinterest - you put the dressing on the bottom and layer it heaviest items to most delicate/lightest items. You make them ahead and when you're ready to eat them, you just shake them up!

I also really like making a wrap with a tortilla, Laughing Cow cheese, cucumber or lettuce, tomatoes, and turkey.

Since I stay home and DH is always at work for lunch, I have to figure out what to eat on my own that is quick but still tasty. I am getting really sick of the same things. I need some new ideas! What do you eat for lunch if you're not feeding anyone else but yourself?
