Specifically with TV and reading, it's the excitement for me-time. I love me-time and look forward to it. My husband gets home from work before I do, so I rarely get any time just to myself. I have every other Friday off so I REALLY look forward to those days (and after the chores, I get to relax and watch TV and/or read a book ALONE). I am such a sucker for animals. Truly beleive helping animals is my calling. Even just seeing an animal in someones car next to me on the road.
