I send a hot breakfast and lunch....but cold or room temp snacks. I use a thermos bento that keeps foods warm for 5 hours. They are labeled so I get them back each afternoon and reuse the next day.

Breakfast is usually an egg plus 1 sausage link, or oatmeal with quinoa (the trader Joe kind), or left over oatmeal/pumpkin pancakes from the freezer. I pack it the night before and my husband nukes it and puts it in the thermos in the morning.

We typically send yogurt, hard boiled egg, and fruit. Sometimes I'll send a muffin instead of egg. We send in containers with his name on them and have never lost a single item...

Yougurt in a squeeze tube or yogurt smoothie. Cheese sticks, applesauce, muffins, cheerios, nutrigrain bars.

She isn't a huge breakfast person.

We just of a cup of yogurt so they can toss the container.

Homemade muffins can be healthy and you can also do eggs in a muffin tin so they don't need a container.

We just started at a new school and have been sending breakfast for about a month.

I dont want to send any kind of tupperwear since it will just get lost. We usually do a baggie of cheerios and a fruit/veggie pouch.

I would like to venture out into something a little more homemade and healthy. What do you provide?
