He's also seen me on very short notice when I was spotting. He is very, very calm, especially when I'm frantic or worrying. He answers all my questions and is legitimately interested in getting to know us-asks about school, work, etc. I'm so lucky to have found him. BUT, I chose her because I know her personally- her daughter used to be in my preschool class. I went to her for my first appointment during my last pregnancy and there was no heartbeat on the ultrasound (missed m/c). She was extremely supportive and we texted for the weeks following my D&amp;C. While I was pregnant, I loved that she was totally open to my birth plan--which probably would have been more suited for a birth with a midwife. My last MW was okay, but she was more a "no choice" kind of provider since it was her or an automatic repeat cesarean.</p> <p>I LOVE the MW I have this time though... :heart: :heart: :heart: her! I have had two children, pregnant with my third, and I hated both of the ones that delivered my children. My current OB is ok so far, but I have only seen her three times.
