- maybe some more green (celery, mint, parsley)&#60;br /&#62;
- 2 fruits (banana + pear or apple usually because we have them on hand. i like that better that berries since they give a sweetness)&#60;br /&#62;
- protein (avocado, peanut butter, protein powder, or hemp seeds&#60;br /&#62;
- coconut milk or water&#60;br /&#62;
- chia seeds and flax seeds&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;healthy and yummy! well mr bee thinks it tastes ok, but i love the neutral taste. easy to drink daily.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I like to switch it up!  Usually there will be a protein powder of some sort, and maca.  Almond milk or coconut milk and some fruit and spinach if I have it.  I find a frozen banana really adds to the consistency too!
