I sent 2 outfits, a blanket, a bib, diapers for the day, &amp; a container of wipes. I think I sent 2 empty bottles &amp; frozen milk (in 3oz portions). </p> <p>If I was in your situation I'd probably send the formula? Our daycare mixed it for the babies. We always did breast milk, but I made bottles fresh from the previous day's pumped milk. Don't worry about sending too much or that he has a wonky eating schedule. We leave diapers there and pack a small diaper bag with three extra outfits (lo has reflux), couple bibs, gas drops, teething tablets, small blanket, couple toys, and a&amp;d. We also like to either bring his jumper or play mat too. I pack 4-4oz bottles of BM for him and sometimes a puree (we just started solids). She has an 8 month old so she has a lot of baby stuff on hand already. </p> <p>personally, I would just ask the daycare what they need for lo and go from there. It's better to over pack than under and you can always adjust later. We left a pack of diapers and wipes. I sent a few burp cloths, but no bibs because they have a lot. She has a couple of outfits. I talked to the sitter beforehand and she likes them to eat every 3 hours. LO would eat 2.5-3, so I tried to give her enough in a bottle so that she could go every 3 hours. She drinks 3- 5 oz bottles. We did a bottle boot camp, but she would drink that much with me. I had DH and my mom give her bottles and that's the amount that works with her. We have to bring a crib sheet for every day. I assume I need food for him, diapers/wipes, and extra clothes. Am I missing anything? And I'm not too sure about the specifics for that stuff. ]</p> <p>Food - We mostly BF, but we do formula too, about 10-25% of the time. He generally eats 2 ounces if he gets a bottle, but sometimes he eats 4. He also eats at inconsistent times. Sometimes he wants to eat once an hour, but if he sleeps well he can go as much as 3 hours. I also have no stash. We've been battling thrush for weeks and haven't wanted to stockpile my milk. I could pump for the next few days and save enough for the trial day. But if I do that I have no idea how to send it with him. I guess 5 or 6 2oz bottles? </p> <p>Diapers/wipes - Do I send enough for the day or leave supplies there for when he starts full time in 2 weeks?</p> <p>Clothes - One outfit? Two outfits? Most days he stays in the same outfit but of course there's days when he's gone through three of them. </p>
