I always carry water for myself and she shares with me. For my 3 month old I carry 3 diapers, wipes and a change of clothes.<br /> edit: she usually doesn't need entertainment while we're out, but I have some toys, a plastic bowl (don't ask) and a ball that I leave in the car. I have to carry all the essentials for a newborn, which is heavy enough. Does anyone that has gone through this or going through this have advice? </p>
