<description>&#60;p&#62;My mom used to put plain white-but not whitening-toothpaste (if you can find it) on our bug bites. I still do it to this day. It keeps the itch away longer than cortisone cream or Benadryl stick and it helps draw out the venom to help it heal faster. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have an old no name tube from the dollar store solely for this purpose. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've heard a baking soda paste can help as well but have never tried it.
