&#60;p&#62;We buy the 10lb bag of carrots from costco and I'll eat 5 in a sitting haha! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I love the dried pineapple and mango from trader joes, then I sprinkle organic unsweetened coconut shavings on the top. It's like dessert for me.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I also make my own granola, soo yummy, I love eating that. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;veggie straws (from costco!) &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Fig newmans - Figs are seriously my new favorite food. I freakin love them.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;bite-size everything crackers from Trader joes, or their multigrain crackers&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;make a green smoothie&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;most fruit... like berries, grapes or I'll peel/slice pear, orange etc..&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I also make healthy versions of sweets, by replacing flour with almond or coconut flour and oil with butter it makes brownies and cookies healthy. so I make those and have them on hand too.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm a big fan of raw almonds. I keep a big bag at my desk and snack on them every afternoon. I actually have to try to count them out so that I eat one serving size and not ten!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I know I should eat more fruit, I just haven't found a convenient way to bring it to work. I think I might try the mix that @Mrs. Hopscotch suggested. Sounds great!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@Alivoo01:  Most fruits :( I can eat bananas, citrus, grapes, berries, watermelon, and pineapple. Once summer hits I'll definitely be bringing lots of watermelon in!! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Carrots are also a no-no :( but greek yogurt has been pretty good for me. I like the kids' chobani champions ;) I'm gonna have to bring some of those in too.

<description>&#60;p&#62;For a healthier option, I make up a bag of raw (or roasted) almonds, dried cherries and raisins (not sure with your fruit allergies if these work for you). It's a nice mix, healthy, filling and I can keep a bag of it at my desk to munch on during the day.

I've also been a notorious pretzel stick muncher. Which does not help with hydration.

Right now I'm eating popcorn and it's doing the trick, even though I didn't really want it while I was microwaving it..! I used to have a big bag of chocolate covered pomegranate gummies in my desk and I resisted the urge to buy another yesterday at costco... I'm gonna be good!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But I do need other ideas... and I'm allergic to most fresh fruit, including apples :(&#60;/p&#62;
