This is all approximate since I don't actually measure:

3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
half banana
handful of spinach
2 teaspoons peanut butter (I use PB2 powder)
handful frozen or fresh strawberries / mixed berries
teaspoon oat flour (or baby oatmeal)
sometimes a dash ground flax seed
Milk added after for the consistency I want. Have also used cashew and almond milk, very good.
That's one of my go-to's for my LO. It tastes like a PB & J! He loves it.
Protein from yogurt and PB.

Sometimes avocado goes in there. Sometimes a bit of honey if it's not very sweet. Blueberries if I have them.

Almond meal could also be good for protein. Maybe banana, avocado, Greek yogurt, spinach, almond meal.

Greek yogurt for protein and calcium (Greek has more protein, regular has more calcium, FYI, so pick whichever she's lacking more of). Baby spinach, sometimes baby kale. Sometimes flax seed because I have it in the fridge. Almond butter for protein (or peanut butter but the flavor is stronger and doesn't go with as much).

These aren't really sneaking in though- I put them in smoothies for me too!

A typical weekend smoothie for all of us is plain yogurt (Greek or regular), banana, frozen berries, oj or coconut water or milk, baby spinach, and a bit of almond butter if DH is making it. I've heard you can do avocado too, but I like them so much plain I've never tried.

I put Greek yogurt in. And often half an avacodo.

Typical recipe is
3 strawberries
1 banana
Splash of water
One Greek yogurt cup thing
Half an avacodo

If you're looking for protein and calcium, how about Greek yogurt? It will get you some of both. You might want to stick with plain to avoid the extra sugar, though. I add leafy greens to mine because it's something I have hard time getting my kids to eat.

With my 3.5 year old on a food strike, what can I sneak into her smoothies that she won't pick up in? Fruit is easy, obviously. But she will eat fruit readily all day. Her main issue is refusing to eat meat, I think, and she doesn't drink milk often if at all.. So protein and calcium?
