I have used Maxalt, Sumavel, Benadryl, steroid nasal spray (for weather related migraines in addition to another rescue med), and Tramadol. I also get occipital nerve blocks once every 8 weeks to help prevent. I worry about getting migraines during pregnancy. And benadryl if I think it's due to weather. </p> <p>When I was pregnant it was tylenol 3 and lortab.
