The stuff on the shelf doesn't do anything. I've also used a sudafed nasal spray that worked great but I bought it in England and haven't seen it here, plus it made me a little jittery. Hot wash cloth over your face helps too. The stuff on the shelves is worthless. I usually take Zyrtec-D if I need a decongestant.
