If we don't use it this time I'd like to save it for a future daughter (which is crazy, i know). Thanks for weighing in, everyone. I told DH about everyone's love for Gemma and he was pumped. I'll probably do a similar post in a few days/weeks about Willa & Rose because I can't stop thinking about them! But i wanted to add about the two middle names: i kept my name when we got married and i wanted to give it to LO but also wanted to give her a "first name" middle name. So we did: First Middle MyMaiden Last on the birth certificate We primarily call her First Middle Last but it was important to me to put it on there. I don't know if that will help you convince DH but it seems like a nice thought to include a name from his background.
