It's because of him and this program that I qualified for Medicaid after I got laid off, while 4m pregnant. Without that we could easily be bankrupt after doctor visits and labor and delivery. When I got laid off the first time I qualified for zilch and just went without health insurance until I found a job. A person who seems able to speak competently and knows a bit about important issues.
