I usually just use baby wipes to wipe things and to wipe baby's hands. But I really like @banana's method of a spray bottle with vinegar &amp; water ! Those carts and high are usually really dirty even if they don't look visibly dirty. I just spray and wipe with a napkin. I'll spray it onto the napkin first and then wipe the surface. I mainly only do this at food courts and playrooms (where there's tons of germy kids).
