I used the kind that velcros. The problem with that though is sizing. Instead, we use the Summer Infant Swaddle Me velcro swaddles. It's fabulous. I have a couple of other ones that have velcro too, but are a bit complicated. We have four. Had to watch the how to video several times before we got it.</p> <p>It's only a sids risk after they learn how to flip over... then you have to unswaddle them. Until then it should be fine to swaddle.
