<description>&#60;p&#62;I used breastmilk once but honestly since we didn't start solids til just now (4 mos) I don't even really thin it. Yes, it has some texture, but I've been watching him carefully and he does great with it. So I'm not doing the extra work lol

<description>&#60;p&#62;I know breastmilk is probably the best thing to use to add nutrients.&#60;br /&#62;
But I don't really have that much supply to begin with so I'm hesitant to use the precious I have for thinning...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But I'm also afraid to use say, stock, because it'll be another new thing to add to her diet.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I know if it's veggies that I'm boiling I can just use the liquids to retain all the nutrients. But what about when you're steaming carrots and you're not suppose to use the water because of the nitrates?&#60;/p&#62;
