We use a little seat that sits on top of the regular toilet seat. We clean it just like we clean the outside of our toilet. DD is really good about not missing and it doesn't have a splash guard.

Maybe I'm misreading your topic, but I don't....???? It's my toilet at home that only I (and hubby occasionally) that uses it. I clean it once a week though with toilet bowl cleaner.

@chopsuey119: so much easier!

Eta: once every few days or once a week I also wipe the whole thing down with a Clorox wipe, just to keep on top of it.

I just spray with some vinegar, rinse with a little water, and dry with some toilet paper. Everything goes in the toilet and the mess is gone!

I've been using a diaper wipe and vinegar.
Thinking about getting some flushable wipes for convenience..
