I use a new one each time and I have a little cloth grocery bag hanging on a hook in my kitchen so the dirty ones go in there and get washed every few days. At home we mainly use paper towels, but we use sooooo many that I started feeling like that wasn't the best option. So I just started using a wash cloth. It's gross, but it actually works much better than PTs, so I just have to figure out the laundry thing. I have a stack of cheap wash cloths from Target, so I get a new one every 2-3 meals. </p>
