She had bedtime sleepers and sleep gowns and the lighter weight cotton ones were for daytime wear so she still had a wake up routine with outfit change. It was much easier dealing with sleepers for laundry in those early months rather than having more separates and tiny socks. I had one cute romper type onesie, for going out or meeting people, and a 5 pack of cute bright colored basic onesies, that fit for the first month or two, plus a bunch of plain hand me downs, and that was plenty. </p> <p>After the first month or so she started fitting into 0-3 stuff and I would put something cute on if we went out, but she still pretty much wore onesies at home. I don't think she wore pants for the first few months.
