N is 10 months old and for breakfast she usually has sliced peaches (3 or 4 slices), and half piece of plain toast. For lunch, she has a veggie purée and Cheerios. Then dinner is usually some type of protein like a few tablespoons of ground turkey or shredded chicken and fats, like a few slices of avocado and 4-5 banana slices. She eats puffs in between meals too.

This is great - thank you ladies! I'm struggling to come up with a variety of proteins for her, I end up defaulting to eggs more than I'd like. And seeing the typical amounts is really helpful too. I feel like I don't really know how much a baby is supposed to be eating when it comes to solids!

My LO is 12 mo but she's a little behind on the solids transition so she probably eats more like a typically 10 mo. She eats three meals per day. For breakfast I usually do like, cheerios and fruit. Or a waffle and fruit. Or sometimes she'll let me give her a fruit/veg pouch but usually those annoy her. She doesn't eat a ton for breakfast. Like, less than 1/4 c of cereal or maybe 1/3 waffle. Lunch and dinner I generally do protein + veg + fruit. Proteins are usually meat, beans, peanut butter, or eggs. Most common veg are peas, asparagus, sautéed peppers, or carrots. Fruit is all over the place, just whatever we have around. She's really inconsistent with how much she eats. Sometimes she'll do really well (I'd consider 1/4 chicken sausage, 1/4 cup veg and 1/4 cup fruit to be really good for her). Sometimes she eats 4 bites and throws everything else on the floor.

I am definitely an overanxious FTM to an 11.5 month old. We have definitely had some ups and downs in the solids department. I think kids just ramp up solids when they are ready. This happened for us in the last week or so.

From 10-11 months, most meals he wouldn't eat more than a few bites and rarely he would eat a bigger amount. He is still a little all over the map, but seems to be doing better. Today he ate a ton - DH said he had two chicken sausages, a half a slice of cheese, two veggie pouches, two crackers, and some applesauce for dinner. I don't know how he didn't explode.

LO will be 11 months next week and while she's come a long way with solids (took a while to get her interested at all), it still feels like she's eating very little. But maybe I'm just an overanxious FTM!

What does a meal look like for your 10 or 11 month old? Meaning, what different foods would be in one meal and about how much do they eat?

For example, her "dinner" tonight was about 4 cubes of roasted sweet potato and 7 blueberries. She just gets bored so quickly and starts throwing things on the floor or refusing to let me feed her. She still drinks plenty of formula so I'm not worried that she isn't getting enough calories/nutrition, but I can't envision how to get to the point where all she eats is solids!
