Our hospital gave us like 4 kimono shirts when we left. He wore the hospitals kimono shirt and diaper and swaddle. We also used socks and a hat when he got chilly. Honestly though we tried to do as much skin to skin as possible so she was often in just a diaper lying on my chest.
