Our pedi office wouldn't schedule the first appt until after the baby was born so I think I may have called to schedule her first appt while I was still in the hospital (if not then I called the first business day after we got home). All we had to do was write his name down in the hospital paperwork. The staff ped examined DD after birth and our family Dr examined her a week later. I don't need an interview or mock appointment with him because I know him very well. He is my 15 year old brother's pediatrician and a good friend of my mom's (not so much him but his wife). I love him to pieces and trust him with anything! I have been to his office the few times in the past couple of year that my mom has asked me to take my brother to his appointments.</p> <p>So, do I need to do anything else? Is it too early to make any appointments? Am I done finding baby's doctor? </p>
