I guess my pain has been moderate. I have had to brace myself in the doorway because it was so intense.<br /> Mine started at the end of the first trimester, beginning of the second from coughing or sneezing. It has been actually painful a few times, but mostly just really uncomfortable.</p> <p>I had a friend who had severe RLP in early pregnancy. (True story.
