Right now, he's living off a steady diet of Cheerios, raisins and watermelon. We've entered the toddlerexia stage early.

I have an almost 11 month old who eats:
Breakfast: yogurt and fruit or waffle or pancakes and fruit.
Lunch: leftover chicken, rice, veggies
Snack: cheese stick, cut up and cheerios or fruit or fruit squeeze pack
Dinner: Whatever we are having or leftovers. Last night it was salmon, pasta and corn. She has had taco meat, beef, ravioli, hamburger and pork tenderloin. She LOVES pork tenderloin. :)

Typical day for DD now at 12 months

Breakfast: 1 toaster waffle, 1 baby yogurt and half a pack of raspberries
Snack: fruit & veggie pouch
Lunch: leftover chicken and veggies (pea carrot corn mix usually) and cheese
Snack: puffs/yogi melts / or spinach and fruit almond milk smoothie
Dinner: whatever we are having (we only have paleo dinner so it makes it easier) like hamburgers, pulled pork, grilled chicken, salmon or tilapia. She eats the veggie mix again. With only 4 teeth that's about all she can chew. And we all have frozen berries for dessert.

E is 11.5 months old and eats pretty much all finger foods. He started to really protest being spoon fed around 10 months, so we started moving to more real solids. It took him awhile to really start eating a good amount, but he was still drinking a good amount of breastmilk at that time so I didn't worry about it. Sometimes he eats really good, other times he doesn't.

Wake up - 4 oz milk
Breakfast - applesauce mixed with rice cereal, yogurt
Lunch - String cheese, fruit, leftovers of some sort usually a protein and a vegetable, milk
Snack - milk, puffs, animal crackers, or graham crackers
Dinner - usually what we ate the night before + 1/2 banana. (last night it was pork chop, green beans, and sauteed mushrooms) Pita with hummus on it if he won't eat what I give him.

@Skibobrown and @Freckles - I'm so jealous. DD is 11.5 months and she'll only eat blueberries, black beans, macaroni, and puffs with her hands. But she also refuses to be spoon fed a lot of stuff too. Feeding has become one of the most stressful parts of parenting for me lately. I probably just need to lower my expectations, but I want to stop with the purees and jarred baby food and move on to real food. Doesn't help that DH won't let her self feed because he doesn't like the mess.

This morning I tried some oatmeal, strawberries, watermelon, toast, and even part of my strawberry yogurt smoothie. It was all pushed away or thrown on the floor. Sigh.

@skibobrown: Our LOs are weeks apart. :)

LO's appetite really picked up around 11.5 months and she's going through a bit of a picky phase at almost 13 months.

Breakfast: plain greek yogurt with wild blueberries, 1/4 banana, sprouted toasted with pb

Lunch: soup, broccoli, peas, tofu, blueberries, grapes, cheese

Afternoon snack: leftover lunch, 1/2 banana, homemade muffin

Dinner: usually something similar to lunch

DD is 13 months. Sometime between 12 and 13 months, her appetite and eating abilities really picked up. She now eats a ton. Here is a typical menu --
Breakfast -- 1 scrambled egg, a couple of handfuls of cheerios, cut up strawberry, milk
Morning Snack -- Pureed organic fruit squeeze pack, and a few animal crackers, milk
Lunch -- PB&J sandwich, fruit, milk
Afternoon snack -- Cheese, fruit squeeze pack, animal crackers, milk
Dinner -- Whatever we ate the night before. Tonight it was leftover taco meat, flour tortillas, and cheese, plus strawberries for dessert, and milk.
Like I said, the child can eat... although this is a relatively new development. We still do some baby food when I don't have anything else prepared for a meal, and she's fine with that for now.

We've been feeding DD more "real" food lately like chicken, pasta, beans and toast. But she's kinda picky and wont eat much variety. So we still use baby food jars, usually mixed with yogurt and some veggies. I'm just wondering, what does your 1 year old eat for a typical meal?
