My little guy is 6 months. I can't answer the day schedule because I WOH and my mom watches him. We are just go with the flow for the day in regards to naps. He does fight naps a lot, but usually naps at least twice.

Night routine - not super strict about time but usually ends up like this.
6:45 - bath, lotion, pjs
7:05 or so - Dad gives him bottle while watching TV in den while I bathe big bro
He sometimes falls asleep eating. If so, slip sleep sack on him and stick him in crib.
If he didn't fall asleep, put him in sleep sack, say good night to big bro and daddy, and head to his room. If he isn't too sleepy, read him a couple of books and rock him to sleep with white noise and stick in crib after he's out. Some nights he is squirmy and doesn't want to be held. So I put the white noise on and put him in the crib. He'll squirm for a few minutes and fall asleep by himself.
He STTN and wakes up anywhere from 6:30 to 7:30.

He just developed this schedule on his own. I noticed he got fussy between 6:30 and 7 and his bath always relaxes him. He requests his bottle after that and he is out for the night. He consistently began STTN once he began solids. I didn't sleep train.

My "schedule" for my older son was similar at that age but started later. He didn't like going to sleep until around 8:30.

12 weeks, WOHM week:

We wake up at 6 AM and do morning routine (feeding, pumping, getting dressed). We are all out the door by 7:00 AM.

His days vary in terms of where he is (Grandmacare, Mother's Day Out, or days I work from home), but I'll do a day when I'm not with him. He usually sleeps off and on until 9 AM when he has his first pumped bottle (5 ozs). After his bottle he starts into a routine of being up 1 hour (usually tummy time, laying in his play mat, etc) and then napping. He eats every 3 hours on a 3-6-9-12 schedule. His two best naps are 10 AM and 1 PM. He usually sleeps 1 to 1.5 hours. After his 3 PM bottle he does a lot of cat napping until I pick him up at 5:30 PM. Due to the fact that he doesn't take an "official" nap at 4 PM (he should probably...), he is usually a little grumpy when I get there. We then drive back home and are back at our house at 6. It's technically time to feed, but we usually delay it as he is usually fine. This is when I start dinner for us and make my freezer bags / wash everything. He "helps" me in the kitchen and we wait for daddy to get home. Once my husband gets home we go up and feed (usually around 6:30 PM). After he eats we all play in his room until around 7:00 PM when he starts getting fussy and seeming tired. We then turn off the overhead light, turn on his lamp, and start bedtime. Bedtime consists of sleep suit (Magic Merlin), white noise + overhead fan, cuddles, song and/or book, and paci. He then goes into his crib drowsy, but awake and we turn on his mobile.

He sleeps from 7:15ish to 3:00 AM and wakes up to feed again. I often steal him from his crib at 5:30 AM (if I happen to wake-up) for extra snuggles. Rinse and repeat the following morning!

This is all a moving target. We are currently toying with his bedtime as we only get like an hour with him a night each evening (which sort of kills me). He also sometimes STTN, it just depends. Bath time is also in there, but only every other day (or when we remember, ha).

I hope this helps!

At almost 11 weeks, we start our bedtime routine around 9pm, we do a bath, lotion/massage, do our stretches (he is in PT for torticollis) some tummy time, bottle then bed around 1030-11. We cosleep in our bed so he goes down next to me, sometimes cries for a few min before falling asleep. Then it goes something like this (loosely)

8am wakeup (he sleeps 8-9 hrs a night wihtout waking up), bottle, awake time
930ish to 12ish nap

Then we do a 3 hour interval of feed, play and nap until 6, then we start "cluster feeding", so we'll do a feed at 6, 8, then last bottle at 10.

This is pretty loosely structured, he just only recently started sttn.

LO is 5.5 mo.

Starting at midnight... LO usually wakes up 1-2 times before 4am and just wants her pacifier. Then somewhere around 4:30 or 5 she gets really restless and will only sleep if I rock her (so I do). She usually wakes up on her own around 6 or I set her down and try to go back to bed around 6:15-6:30 and she almost always wakes up at that point. DH gets her and does the morning routine (change and dress her, play, then bottle) while I go back to bed for 30-45 min sleep, then wakes me up to do her first nap 1 hour after she wakes. So usually about 7-7:30 I'm up officially for the day. I hold her while she naps because she won't nap otherwise. Then we start our routine which is nap/awake/play/eat/nap. She naps about 1.5 hours after her 1st and 2nd nap. I do sort of manipulate naps to make sure that the timing works out for either 3 or 4 naps... the worst is when she sleeps too long to have 4 but not long enough to only have 3 and then she is a bear before bed time.

Nap 4 (or nap 3 if its a 3 nap day) I always aim to have done at 6:30 (again, I hold for all naps). Then up and play for a bit and she is exhausted again by 7:30 so we head up for bed. She gets bath (e/o night) then changed into pjs, bottle, book, into her merlin suit, lights out, white noise on, song, and bed. Usually she's asleep by about 8:15-8:30.

Tell me how it all works for you. What kind of awake times and naps is baby having right now? How are your nights going? Do you have a set schedule or do you just go with the flow? In particular I'd love to know how you work bedtime (what time is it, what's your routine, where do they sleep etc).
