Naps at 4 so I go into turbo mode at 4.
4-cook dinner
5:15 LO is up, change, feed, entertain
7- DH's home we eat
7:30- DH takes LO, I clean up and take care of some tasks
830- I change LO & feed
845ish- we both bathe, give medicine and change LO into Pjs
9-930- DH puts lo to sleep while I shower, drink some herbal tea and put my legs up!
930- dh & I ususally spend time together until about 11pm, then we sleep.

Before 4pm is just...insane. It is pretty much tending to every need of LO and running errands. Luckily for me, Lo gives me a full 12h of sleep so I get up early and that is when I wash bottles, unload dishwasher...

5 PM - Leave work
5:10 - Home, grab DH and car, go pick up DD
5:30-6:30 - Feed DD dinner and a bottle. (It takes her absolutely forever for her to eat, and usually she still barely eats anything in a full hour of mealtime).
6:30-7 - Play time before bed.
7:00 - Bath, PJs, bottle
7:30 - Sleep sack and bed time.

From the sounds of it from the rest of you guys, DH and I should try to split up the evening chores a little more if we want to get more done. It's so hard b/c our evenings feel so compressed with baby dinner and bedtime right in the middle of everything!

One of us picks up LO from daycare about 5:30, home by 6.

Play with LO, feed her dinner.

Bath at/before 7pm. I give her a bath while my husband cooks dinner. We put LO down for the night before 8pm, eat dinner, watch tv, work out, do work, etc.

Both Charlie and Olive are in daycare now. This is what our schedule looks like:

4:30-5:30pm - Cook dinner. Today I made tilapia, salmon, peas, asparagus, zucchini, brussels sprouts, and pasta. I cook a lot of food!

5:30-5:45pm - Pick up Charlie and Olive from daycare (1 1/2 block away)

6:00 - 6:30pm - whole family eats dinner.

6:30 - 6:45pm - Mr. Bee bathes both kids together while I clean up the kitchen/do chores. Olive a quick bath, Charlie a long bath.

7:00 - 7:15pm - Olive pajamas, nurse, asleep.

8:00pm - Charlie still battling sleep (Mr. Bee puts him down).

After the kids go down, I'm pooped, but I usually work at least a couple hours before going to bed. I work from home and don't have a commute... how in the world do you get everything done if you work out of the home? I start cooking dinner at 4:30!

What does your evening schedule look like?
