He doesn't do much cooking at work anymore either. Mostly, he manages all the other chefs and cooks-tells them what to cook, etc. and does all the administrative stuff. I tease him and tell him I can always tell when he's had to do some cooking at work because he comes home with a cut or burn. </p>
