I've heard wonderful things about Jack and Lily boots, though the cheapie ones I got from Joe Fresh still work great. They velcro up the inside and stay on well. I have one pair and LO wears them constantly. They are the only shoe I've found that will stay on. If I don't have them on her, her socks won't stay on either.
