We have stones under our deck they are small enough to stand under the deck so they always seem to keep themselves occupied under there too! I let mine drive their trucks through our gardens too, so anything dirt related is pretty easy! Find pine cones and acorns. Help us rake the yard. Run around. Play on the playset. Play in the woods. Kick a ball. Play catch. Play baseball. Play with sensory bins. Do nature art. Dig in the dirt. Search for bugs under rocks. So many things! Obviously when there is snow the kids can play in that. Right now they just kind of run around or pick up pine cones. What do your kids play with outside in the cooler months?
