We make homemade pizza (LO *loves* to help put on the cheese and toppings) and we lay out blankets and pillows on the living room floor and “camp” out in front of the tv for a movie with our pizza. </p> <p>Then on the weekends, I mostly call whatever activities we are going to do our “adventures” for the day. WJ is HOOKED now. Luckily we have a few pretty harmless games about robots making their way through mazes, etc. Before the DS, though, he was addicted to playing games on my tablet. We have a no TV policy for weekdays, which is easy to enforce since we leave the house at 7am and come home only for dinner then bedtime. Some nights they have 15-30 mins to play if dinner was quick.</p> <p>Wagon Jr. (5) looks forward to being able to play games on the tablet and Nintendo DS. Yes, we're ALREADY there :( and we've had to instill an egg timer method to get him to take a break every 20 minutes. The kid is obsessed.</p> <p>Lil Miss Wagon (2) is greatly looking forward to not having to change out of her princess nightgown in the morning. Every morning, getting her into her daycare clothes is a huge chore. This morning we tried to convince her that she would be the strawberry princess because her T shirt had a strawberry on it. "I don't want to be strawberry princess!" Sigh.</p> <p>HAPPY FRIDAY!!! </p>
