in the winter she wears long pants and long shirt. It's too warm for a sleep sack now. She sleeps in a t shirt and long cotton pants

His room has been between 78-80 according to his monitor and I stick him in a ss onesie and a linen sleep sack. Although lately he's been trying to practice his crawling in his crib before he goes to sleep so I've been using a long sleeve sleeper without feet. I feel like the footed ones get too hot.

So I just started nap training my 3 month old LO & ditched the miracle blanket cold turkey as well. She's doing really well, but noticed her arms/hands were a little cold when she wakes up (she sucks her fists to self-soothe). I've been putting her in a short-sleeved onesie & footed pants, plus the Halo cotton sleep sack. We keep our apt at 72 deg and she's comfortable in just a short-sleeved onesie when awake & playing.

Does your LO wear something different for naps vs nighttime in a sleep sack?
