Miss A is 3 and goes to sleep at roughly 1900-1930 and sleeps till 0630-0700, no naps.

Felux is 7.5 months and sleeps 1930-2030 until 0600-0630 with a morning and afternoon nap. If we're home his morning nap is usually 0930-1000 until 1130-1200 and afternoon naptime varies but is about an hour in length.

DD will be 1 in 3 weeks

Sleep has been wonky since DST!

Wake up - 6am

First nap - 10-11am

Second nap - 2-4pm

** Naps are approx; she usually does 1 short and 1 long but they're interchangeable. Basically we try not to let her sleep past 4:30pm

Bed time - In bed with bottle by 7:30, usually falls asleep by 8

DS is 14 months.

Waketime is 730. He usually wakes between 645-715am but we leave him in his crib until 730am unless he's having a fit. A lot of times he dozes off for a few more minutes.

Breakfast at 745-8am.

Lunch at 1130am.

Nap around noon to 3pm. He usually wakes around 2:30pm but we leave him until 3pm unless he's having a fit. If we are lucky he dozes off for another 20 mins.

Snack after nap with milk.

Dinner around 5-530pm.

Bath at 630pm.

Bedtime 730pm.

LO is 22 months, and she's been on this schedule since she was 14 months I think. It was a similar schedule before that, she just had two naps instead of one.

8 AM - Wake
Milk and breakfast
10 AM - Milk
11 AM - Nap
1:45 - Wake (sometimes 1:30, sometimes 2)
Milk and Snack
5:30 - Milk
6 or 7 - Dinner
8:30 - Bed

10.5m
Times vary a little but this is a typical spacing

Wake up:
730

First nap:
10-1130

Second nap:
2-330

Bedtime:
Sometime between 7-9
Wake up once around 10-11, nurses back to sleep (every other night or so)
Wake up at midnight, come to bed with me
Nurse ???times for rest of night

The 90 min naps are on a good day. He still throws in 30 min naps several times per week. I don't think he has low sleep needs but he has a hard time sleeping independently.

DD1: we struggle with sleep right now at 3
Nap time: 1-2:30 (if we are lucky)
Bedtime: 9 pm - 6:30 am

DD2: She has high sleep needs (8 months)
Morning Nap: 8:30 - 10:30
Afternoon Nap: 1-3:30
sometimes there's a 30 min snooze at around 5 on way home
Bedtime: 7 pm - 6:30 am (if she skips snooze she's usually down by 6:30)
