@jmarionsmith: I tried egg yokes first (hard boiled) around 8 months since her ped gave us the okay. Now she eats scrambled but the first time it seemed like scrambled eggs might have been heavy for her tummy. She's okay with them now though.

I also forgot, she to add she eats steamed veggies with lunch and dinner. I keep a bag in my fridge from the night before and she loves them!

She pretty much eats everything we eat minus the no nos and has since about 7 months!

Breakfast today was kale eggs, lunch was chipotle and dinner was pot roast with garlic olive oil bread.

She loves stewed carrots, hummus, salmon, pasta, peas, broccoli.

P.S. I try not to give eggs more than 3-4x a week bc of its high cholesterol.

subscribing! i feel like i'm turning my LO into a picky eater because i basically rotate the same foods over and over. avocado, sweet potato, pears, apple, carrots. so boring! and i'd love to move on from the purees and get more into what we're eating!

@FutureMrsMcK: @HLK208: when are eggs considered safe? do you do the whole egg or just the white or yolk?

E usually has a scrambled egg for breakfast. He really likes pasta with butternut squash or pumpkin sauce, sauteed spinach, roasted sweet potato, Greek yogurt, raspberries, butternut squash or sweet potato enchiladas, quinoa with a poached or over easy egg on top, black beans, cubed cheese, meatballs, roasted asparagus, and baked orzo with squash and eggplant.

E is 10 months and eats eggs or toast for breakfast and she'll usually naw on fruit. For lunch, chicken or turkey, shredded cheese and fruit purée and usually whatever we eat for dinner (she LOVES spaghetti). She eats puffs inbetween meals. She BF about 4 times a day still.

I am just curious what some meals look like for a 6-12 month old! LO is still breastfed but is now eating what we eat. She was on purees for about a month but is over it now. She is 7.5 months old, and I need some new ideas for now and when she gets a bit older.
