I have the Jawbone UP 24 - I love it. :)

What I like: it only needs to charge once a week, it automatically syncs, it can be as intensive or casual as you like (you can track food, sleep, steps, exercise, etc.), you can set the wristband to buzz every so often to remind you to get up and move (I get sucked into work and find out I haven't gotten up from my desk in a few hours), and it can also gradually wake you up with the wristband buzzing, so I don't wake up my husband when I want to get up early to exercise

What I don't like: The wristband is kind of annoying to sleep with, but I think you'd have that problem with most wristbands - also, there's no display on the wristband, so you need to check your phone to see how many steps you're taking.

My husband wants an exercise tracker for his birthday or Christmas that also tracks sleep patterns. Do you have one? Which one do you have and would you recommend it?
