And sometimes, when she's super cranky, I will turn on the sink and let her play with the water for a while. As long as he's safe I try to go with what he wants. He has a fit when you take something from him. Earlier today he repeatedly banged his head on the floor in a meltdown when I took my phone from him. He then grabbed two wrapped Nestle Turtles chocolates from the tin on the coffee table, and carried them around until bath time. They also went into the bath with him.
