Just like @MrsKoala, carbs, carbs and then some more carbs :( I did pretty well on a solid bagel diet for about a month, supplemented by yogurt, some cheese, and lots of soup. It was rough...

I'm 8w and nausea comes and goes and some days I can eat normally and other days I eat like a toddler. My stand by are: gingerale, bananas, parmesan gold fish, bagels, bagel bites, pizza, pickles, grilled cheese, chicken noodle soup.

Today I've had coffee, a bowl of honey nut cheerios, half a muffin, a chobani, and some golfish. It's 11 and I've been up since 6:30.

What foods are working for you in the first trimester?
