<description>&#60;p&#62;I just made my perfect brunch plate recently and it sounds like it's you-diet-friendly! It is a hashbrown (the patty kind, you can buy them frozen and bake them in the oven til crispy) topped with smoked salmon, avocado, sauteed red onion, and a runny egg. Yummmm.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My recent blood work has confirmed that my PCOS is a bit out of control, so we've had to revamp our diet around here. I find I do best when I limit grains, dairy, and sugar. But we like a pumpkin treat now and again!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Here's what I've been making lately:&#60;br /&#62;
*purple sweet potatoes, pan-fried in coconut oil with a bit of cinnamon-yummy!&#60;br /&#62;
*roasted delicata squash&#60;br /&#62;
*olive-oil fried eggs on top of anything&#60;br /&#62;
*chicken soup with carrots and spinach&#60;br /&#62;
*TJ's Chili Lime Chicken Burgers and Salmon Burgers&#60;br /&#62;
*steamed spinach with lemon or balsamic to finish&#60;br /&#62;
*avocado, spaghetti sauce, or salsa on top of the aforementioned deliciousness&#60;/p&#62;
