<description>&#60;p&#62;My prenatal has probiotics so it makes me pretty regular, but if you're constipated water, prunes, and/or papaya will help you go. Guava on the other hand helps slow things down.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Raisin Bran!   I eat a bowl (or two) of Raisin Bran every single morning for breakfast, in addition to drinking lots of water, and have stayed fairly regular.   I have a pretty dodgy digestive system at the best of times so I thought for sure pregnancy would be torture for me in that regard, but 34 weeks on, I've hardly had any issues, which I can only attribute to the daily consumption of Raisin Bran!&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;Definitely fruit for constipation.  When I had constipation issues early in pregnancy, by adding 2 fruits per day I fixed that.  Pears were my fave.   But not sure what to do about the issue you have of going back and forth between constipation and too loose.
