Diclegis helped for me but then I threw up the pill after 30 minutes. I don't think I threw up because of the pill. I threw up because it was maybe something I ate and I've been throwing up at night.

I'm now on zofran and it sorta works. Defintely felt good 30 minutes later but now I can feel it 50% working. Still dry heaving but not as much as without it.

I think there's a medication I could try next but it will make me tired... which is not good for work.

I'm hoping zofran begins to work.

@autumn865: My morning sickness was worst in the mornings. I was told by several friends to just lay very still up on waking up and had my husband bring me some ginger ale and saltine crackers in bed. I would down those and give it about 10 minutes before getting out and it helped immensely!

@Mrs. Blue: Also threw up on Zofran but it did decrease the amount of ties I have been throwing up. I'm still getting sick once or twice a week in the 15th week.

Nothing other than that really helped me and I tried pretty much everything. I hope some of these remedies help! If all else fails, talk to your doctor about getting Zofran.

I ate saltines before getting out of bed, snacked a loy, drank water between meals instead of with them, sips of peppermint tea, candied ginger, and sometimes used an anti nausea blend of essential oils. Preggy Pops are also great!

Another vote for Zofran, if it's really bad. I liked Chimes ginger chews with my first, but when truly terrible MS kicked in with my second, Zofran was all that helped.

Part of me wants to say "delivery" because that was really the only ultimate cure for me last time, but I'll second @tororojo: and say that if you're throwing up multiple times a day, consider asking your OB for some Zofran. I still threw up on it, but more like once a day, which was a huge improvement.

This time around it's not too bad, so I just try to eat lots of little meals and never let myself get really hungry, keep saltine crackers at home, in the car, and at work, and rely on Zofran if I'm having a really bad day.

sea bands - there are pressure points that you put on the inside of your wrists - usually to help with sea sickness or any kind of motion sickness. I thought they helped curb it, although I didn't wear them all the time, only when I felt especially nauseous. Got them at CVS.

Zofran! Seriously, it's a godsend. Taking Unisom helped me a lot, also- I slept better so I was less likely to wake up in the middle of the night ready to puke, and it carried over to the next day so I didn't feel quite as nauseated. But I still went through plenty of Zofran. And eating alllll the time, being hungry was the enemy.

sucking on cinnamon candy, I would go through bags of it to get me through the day. I also did saltine crackers and several different flavors of gum to change the taste in my mouth. I hated mint those first few months so I did cinnamon and fruit flavored.

How I had no cavities was a surprise.

Eating carbs all the time- crackers, cereal, mashed potatoes. And when it felt right having lots of protein- I had a meatball sub for lunch every day for a week! Never getting too hungry. Oh yeah, and time. :( once I hit 14 weeks it gradually got better.
