DH and I had a curry cook off! I made a chicken korma type number with lots of cardamom, ginger and coconut and a creamy sauce. DH made a bizzare beef and mixed pepper affair which was like no curry I've ever tasted and blew our heads off! We couldn't agree on a winner (DH pulled out the "I can tell it's good but it's not really to my taste" card and only ate a couple of forkfulls of mine, grr) but it was still good fun! I used that recipe but I used GF all purpose flour and not as much sugar (I also used coconut sugar because it was all I had on hand) and I added raisins :) I also made these cookies last week and they were amaaaaazing!
