Fix up our back yard and move the fence so we can park in the garage.<br /> 3. Pull up carpet on the sun porch and put down tile/vinyl<br /> 4. Family of 3 vacation<br /> 5. Mom and Dad vacation (while its still easy to find a babysitter for just one kid) </p>
