<description>&#60;p&#62;@youboots:  Have you ever tried mindfulness? I really suffer from anxiety, and I've downloaded an app called Headspace. There are 10 sessions that are free, and you have to buy other modules. I've just kept up with the 10 free ones. It helps me to calm my overactive mind and gets me to start my day with a positive attitude. It's helping you to become aware of yourself and what can help to calm you. Plus, the Australian guy's voice is awesome.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@youboots:  My health is definitely closely tied to my stress levels. I'm glad your blood work was fine. I joined a gym a few months ago to start swimming and got into a really good routine going 4-5 times a week. Right now, the pool is closed for a month for repairs.  :bummed: I'm really unhappy about it since I was feeling so good with the routine I was in. Other than that, I've been taking better care of my skin and trying to stay calm when I feel the stress rising.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't know what your personal issues are but I've been really making an effort to have cold water fish at least once a week, have at least 2 cups of spinach daily and incorporating probiotic rich foods and have noticed a huge change in some of my health issues. I also do at least 10 minutes of yoga every day, workout 3 times a week and don't beat myself up when I do something that I feel is less than ideal for my situation

It helps me get my servings of fruits and veggies in for the day and keeps me from mindless snacking on junk since I won't allow myself just junk - have to find something healthy to go with it.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I was really into BeachBody workouts before getting pregnant this time around. 30 minutes a day (4-5 times per week). I REALLY liked it ... not only did a see a change in my body - also helped me get out of the pre-diabetic state I was in. It helped relieve my stress a ton (which helped me with my overall anxiety). I just drink a lot of water now, and tell myself I should probably work out. But after being sick for 5 months, I'm giving myself some time. :)

&#60;p&#62;DH and I work out for 30-46 minutes a day 5-7 days out of the week. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I watch my carb intake. I have no intention of eliminating them but I feel gross if I have too many. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Go on walks with DD each day (and DH when he is home). It gets us moving and clears my head.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I walk to work so it forces me to have some level of activity.  It's approximately 3 miles per day (half of that while wearing a baby).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I used to eat veggies as a snack every day at work but I don't necessarily always do that anymore because DD likes them too so these days I save them for her.  But I should probably just cut up twice as many so I get back in that habit.
