I think less foam would make the syrup drop to the bottom right away. So either more foam or normal foam. My first couple sips today were very syrupy like it all sank through the foam right away.<br /> But maybe try it au natural (the regular way) and adjust from there. I did the the mobile order from the app to skip the line. Also how much foam. YEsterday was perfect and not too sweet. TOday was a slightly on the dessert sweet side. I saw the barista put extra drizzle today (end of the container so it just fell out in a chunk at the end.) Anyway, depending on the amount of foam, it will slide to the bottom slowly or quickly and that will affect the taste too. The guy today was a newbie so I think it should come out just right on normal occasions.
