We do a lot of diaper free time, too, especially when she starts to get red. I usually use Angel Baby Bottom Balm (or something like that) because we use cloth diapers and never really had rash problems until now. In the past month I've tried Destin, Palmers, A&amp;D and Boudreauxs. Boudreauxs has worked the best but I still needed a prescription. I picked up some Triple Paste today, so we'll see how that works. It smells good and does the trick for it. The purple Desitin smells like ass, so I avoid it when possible. Apparently he had diarrhea in his sleep a few nights ago and has kept having it and I can't get rid of it! Poor guy. We are using some desitin we got as a gift but it isn't helping. Is there an actual difference between brands? The ingredients seem the same bit everyone has a brand they swear by. Just wondering before I run to target to pick something else up! Thx! </p>
