Also vigorous cleaning. We have hardwood floors so we didn't have to worry about changing the carpet. Scheduled air duct cleaning for the central air. Changed or added blinds &amp; curtains. We changed the hardware on the kitchen cabinets to something more our taste. Changed the locks the day we got the keys. Made copies of the new keys for family. The appliances are only a few years old so we kept them. I also did my own spot cleaning in areas I wanted extra attention. We also changed the locks!
